Field Biologist

As a Field Biologist at Amity Institute of Forestry and Wildlife (AIFW), your role will involve conducting field surveys and camera trapping in selected wildlife habitats. You will assist in data collection, entry, and analysis, as well as support awareness and stakeholder engagement programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing technical reports and contributing to publications. Qualifications Required: - M.Sc. in Wildlife Science / Zoology / Environmental Science / Forestry. - Prior experience in Himalayan terrain fieldwork, nocturnal surveys, camera trapping, GIS mapping, and community surveys. - Good communication and writing skills. Proficiency in Hindi/Assamese will be an advantage.
