About the Role

The Field Associate – Health Project will support the implementation of health-related activities by visiting Primary Health Centres (PHCs), assisting doctors, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires a health background and field readiness for regular travel across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and assist in project-related activities.
• Work under the supervision of the project doctor and support field-level operations.
• Fill out project documentation forms and maintain accurate data records.
• Collect and submit field reports, attendance, and case documentation as required.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth implementation of healthcare activities.
• Support in organizing health awareness activities and medical camps if required.
• Travel regularly to assigned PHCs and nearby areas as per the project plan.

Qualification and Experience

• Educational background in Nursing, Public Health, or Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, field coordination, or public health programs.
• Good understanding of health documentation and data reporting.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office.

Key Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage field documentation.
• Ability to work independently and support medical professionals.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory for field travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
