Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide management, leadership, and support in the sales of Teradyne Semiconductor Test systems and applications for designated customers and other business needs.
Develop and implement resource management strategies to effectively meet customer requirements.
Coordinate resources to achieve customer business objectives and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Identify both Teradyne and non-Teradyne resources necessary for delivering customer solutions, tracking and managing deliverables.
Mentor application engineers and leaders on technical topics, professional development, and effective management practices.
Oversee financial planning and execution, including budgeting for resources, travel, and miscellaneous expenses.
Conduct yearly or quarterly technical review meetings with customers, aligning with the company HQ engineering team in advance.
Prepare and update Quarterly Business Review (QBR) packages on a quarterly basis.
Manage local contractors and enhance their skills to support local application activities effectively.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in field applications management or a similar role within the semiconductor or technology industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
Excellent organizational and resource management skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and execution.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
