Job Description

Perform fiber optic splicing (core alignment or fusion splicing) and termination. Install, test, and maintain fiber optic networks in residential and commercial areas. Read and interpret fiber network diagrams and blueprints. Handle Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR), Power Meter, and other fiber testing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair faults in fiber optic networks. Install and configure customer-premises equipment (CPE), such as ONU, routers, and modems. Ensure timely completion of service calls, repairs, and new installations. Maintain proper documentation of work performed including splicing records and test results.
