What We’re Looking For: Designing and developing fiber optic systems and networks. Conducting site surveys to determine the best installation paths and techniques. Creating detailed schematics for fiber optic systems, ensuring compliance with standards and customer specifications. Updating and maintaining project documentation and system records. Training technical staff and users when necessary. Arranging skilled labor or subcontractors for fiber laying, splicing, and testing on a project-wise basis.
