As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing CCTV cameras (IP/Analog), NVR/DVR, monitors, and accessories. - Configuring camera settings such as IP address, resolution, recording schedule, and motion detection. - Ensuring proper alignment and coverage as per the site plan. - Integrating CCTV with LAN/WAN networks. - Configuring remote access, live monitoring, and storage backup. - Troubleshooting network-related camera issues. - Regularly inspecting cameras, lenses, cables, and recording systems. - Performing firmware/software updates of NVR/DVR and cameras. - Diagnosing and resolving video loss, image quality issues, or login errors. - Preparing site survey reports, installation diagrams, and camera layouts. - Maintaining asset registers for installed equipment. - Ensuring compliance with client security standards.
