Job Title: FFS (Form Fill Seal) Machine Operator
Department: ProductionReporting To: Production Supervisor / Production ManagerSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthJob Summary:The FFS Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines to ensure smooth production of high-quality products. The role involves monitoring performance, conducting quality checks, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Operate FFS or volumetric filling machines to maintain smooth and continuous production flow.Setup & Calibration: Prepare and adjust machines for various product and packaging specifications (e.g., size, volume, sealing parameters).Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections to ensure correct filling, sealing, and labeling; verify packaging integrity and weight consistency.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs) and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.Production Monitoring: Record daily production output, monitor rates, and identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency.Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while following all safety and hygiene procedures.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of production data, maintenance logs, and machine performance records.Qualifications and Skills: ITI Fitter Trade.Proven experience operating FFS machines or volumetric fillers in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry.Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.Familiarity with computer interfaces and control networks on modern FFS machines.Attention to detail, quality-focused, and ability to work under minimal supervision.Good communication and teamwork skills.Location: 789/2, Opp. Viva Laboratory, Rakanpur, Ta.
