Female Telecaller Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Introduce our services to potential clients over the phone.
• Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of services to clients.
• Answer questions about services and address any concerns or objections.
• Persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment.
• Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
• Follow up with leads that require additional information or nurturing.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling,sales or freshers also can apply .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate product information and persuade customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in kakkanad .
• Training will be provided to familiarize the Telecalling Executive with our services and sales techniques.
• Compensation will include a base salary plus incentives based on performance.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
