Global Ad Media is a leading Digital Marketing Company based in Rohini, Delhi, specializing in online branding, lead generation, and social media marketing. We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller Executive to join our energetic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services.
Handle inbound calls and follow up on client inquiries.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while communicating with clients.
Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
