Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and providing information to clients/customers in a polite and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in database/CRM.Follow up with interested customers to close sales or appointments.Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.Experience in telesales/customer service will be an advantage (freshers welcome).
