Female Sales / showroom manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth customer service.
• Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge and benefits.
• Manage inventory, stock display, and visual merchandising.
• Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Train and supervise showroom staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with management for promotions, offers, and marketing activities.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in showroom sales or retail sales (eyewear experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (billing software, MS Office, etc.).
• Presentable, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
