Female Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, visits, online platforms, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to clients.
• Meet sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
• Assist in developing marketing materials like brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing; freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Good spoken and written communication in [mention language(s) as required].
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
