Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain office operations, and provide support to the team, ensuring efficiency and productivity in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Office Management:
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Calendar and Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, arrange materials, and take minutes when necessary.
  • Document Preparation:
  • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and files.
  • Team Assistance:
  • Provide support to different departments as needed, including arranging travel and accommodations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to employees and visitors.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
