Female Mental Health consultant (Psychology Background Fluent in English)

About the Role:

We are seeking a female mental health consultant who is fluent in English, confident in communication, and passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate will combine empathy and counseling skills with a strong ability to guide clients through mental wellness programs and convert leads into active clients through effective consultations and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health consultations (online or offline) with empathy and professionalism.
• Explain our mental wellness programs, therapy plans, or workshops to clients.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and prospects.
• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries and follow up to ensure conversions.
• Achieve monthly enrollment/sales targets for mental health or wellness plans.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and the marketing team to improve outreach.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on mental health trends and sales practices.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, age 21–40 preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in counseling, mental health services, or wellness sales is an advantage.
• Empathetic, patient, and confident in client interactions.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Good computer literacy (Zoom, CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
