Job Description – Marketing Support Executive (Female, 1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team in daily activities and coordination tasks.
• Prepare and maintain marketing documents, presentations, and reports.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and follow-up schedules.
• Support in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in social media posting and basic content updates (if required).
• Manage marketing materials, catalogues, brochures, and samples.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and customer appointments for the marketing team.
• Provide administrative support for marketing events, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English, Tamil/Hindi as required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing functions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

• Any degree (preferably BBA / B.Com / MBA / Arts & Science graduates).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
