Female Marketing / Sales Administrator

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for sales? Raunaj Media is seeking a dedicated Female Marketing / Sales Administrator to facilitate sales operations, support marketing campaigns, and be the key link between sales teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
• Assist sales executives with lead management and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update customer data, and compile performance reports.
• Support various marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and social media efforts.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing coordination or administration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Team player with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
