Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a smart, dynamic, and highly presentable individual with polished communication skills and a flair for hospitality. The role demands someone with a strong command of English, a professional attitude, and a warm personality that reflects the brand’s luxury ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients and visitors with professional etiquette
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Ensure the reception area reflects the brand’s aesthetics at all times
• Coordinate with internal teams for showroom and client servicing operations
• Manage basic administrative support and front desk protocols

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Age: Up to 35 years
• Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English (accent neutral preferred)
• Technology: Proficient in MS Office, basic computer operations, and email handling
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
• Personality: Smart, extremely well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented
