Job Summary:

Benda Infotech is hiring Female Customer Care Executives for our US-based voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a night shift environment. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with excellent English are encouraged to apply)
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduates preferred
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Skills:
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST)
• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
• Job Location: Newtown, Kolkata
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
