Answer incoming calls professionally, provide correct information about products and services, take orders and register customer complaints.
To call prospective customers for fixing appointments and transaction-related matters.
Maintain database of call records, customer interactions, inquiries, leads, complaints, comments and follow up on the action taken.
Send product quotes to customers in coordination with the sales team
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and payment collections
Follow up with the service team for timely resolution of customer complaints
Escalate unresolved customer complaints and other issues to the higher ups.
Build good relationships and trust with customers through polite, open and transparent communication
Follow the set protocols, communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Submit periodical MIS with details that would help improve the customer experience.
