Job Description

Shall be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients. The role ensures customer satisfaction, timely support, and long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously.

To deliver a seamless customer experience, strengthen client relationships, and support the long-term growth of Company by enhancing customer loyalty and trust.

Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints effectively, and escalate technical issues when needed.

Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure projects and services are delivered as promised.

Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system and prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and retention.

Fluent English/Hindi/Punjabi
