Assistant Manager – Sales (Plotting & Construction Projects)

Location: Mendhasala Square, beside Deras Seafood Park, Bhubaneswar

We are a fast-growing real estate and construction firm specializing in residential plotting and infrastructure development. Our Mendhasala Square site is a flagship project designed to offer premium plots with modern amenities in a rapidly developing corridor near Deras Seafood Park.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Sales to lead customer engagement, drive plot sales, and support end-to-end sales operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled in client handling, and capable of converting leads into long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals
• Conduct site visits, explain project features, and address client queries
• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
• Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for plot registration and agreement execution
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sale support
• Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or construction-related projects
• Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
• Familiarity with Bhubaneswar’s real estate market and local geography
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
