Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (Female) to oversee and expand our sales operations across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing channel relationships, and ensuring consistent market presence. The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the Mumbai territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
• Ensure proper merchandising and display standards at all retail points.
• Manage a team of sales executives or promoters (if applicable).
• Provide detailed sales reports and market insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the apparel, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Location: Based in Mumbai with willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts.
