Fee Substantiation and Collection Specialist

Your role: You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Calculating implied & actual Income and Fees on Client Mandates and Funds - Capturing accrual and actual postings in accounting systems - Ensuring the timely and accurate rendering, notification, and distribution of pending fee receipts - Ensuring the timely and accurate Settlement of Fee, Income, and Commissions Your team: You will be working in the Fee Substantiation and Collection team in Wrocaw/Krakw. This team collaborates closely with Client Relationship Managers and various global Operations and Finance teams. Your expertise: You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor or master's degree in finance, economics, or related subject - Strong finance experience - Exposure to an accounting or receipts environment (highly desired) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - A strong risk-awareness mentality - The ability to multi-task and solve problems In addition, you should be: - Fluent in English - Adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Highly numerate and have excellent PC skills, including Excel - Accountable for your actions - Able to work collaboratively within a team - Able to provide constructive challenge About Us: UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
