Role & responsibilities

Tool Expertise

Skillset required

Expertise in Ansys tool –

Model preparation, geometry clean up, meshing and FE model set up, Load set up, contact creation.

Expertise in Analysis –

Linear static analysis, basic model debugging, solving convergence issues, result validation.

Expertise in Non-linear Analysis – contact and material non linearity.
Experience in dynamic analysis.
Exposure in Durability and Fatigue analysis.
Perform Structural analysis to support conceptual/preliminary/detailed design of systems and sub-systems of off high way, construction equipment and Tractor.
Candidate should be able to perform linear and non-linear analysis with minimum supervision.
Good understanding of engineering principles and engineering analysis.
Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as basic product knowledge.
Communication skills to strongly collaborate with various engineering groups like design and testing.
