Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages efficiently in the restaurant, rooms, and other F&B outlets. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas and dining spaces. Prepare tables, silverware, and linens before each meal service. Understand menu items and suggest recommendations to guests. Work closely with the kitchen and F&B supervisor for smooth operations. Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly. Requirements: Previous experience in hotels or restaurants preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and table service. Polite, well-groomed, and team-oriented. Flexible with shifts and weekend availability.
