* Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes using dishwashing machines or manual methods.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
* Dispose of garbage and waste in accordance with hotel hygiene standards.
* Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and equipment.
* Ensure proper use and care of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Support chefs and service staff with basic food preparation or setup as required.
* Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures as per hotel and HACCP standards.
* Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
* Assist in banquet setup and clearing when necessary.
* Maintain personal grooming and hygiene as per hotel standards
EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 2 years or above experience
