Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence:

   Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

2. Order Taking and Delivery:

   Take accurate orders, communicate with the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages to tables.

3. Menu Knowledge:

   Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine/spirit pairings. Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries.

4. Upselling:

   Enhance the guest experience by suggesting additional items and promotions, maximizing sales and guest satisfaction.

5. Table Maintenance:

   Maintain a polished and organized dining environment, including table setup, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

6. Collaboration:

   Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless service and address any guest preferences or special requests.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a steward in a high-end restaurant or bar is highly desirable but not essential. 
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
3. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and cocktail preparation.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
5. Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
