Role Description

The F&B Service Executive will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team coordination, and smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, supervising staff, and maintaining organizational standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, where you will play a vital part in delivering a top-notch dining experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills
• Team management and organization skills to lead and coordinate staff
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
