Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Hostess located in Gurugram. The F&B Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Daily tasks include taking phone reservations, managing guest lists, and coordinating with the restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Experience with Reservations and Phone Etiquette
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
