Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests in all F&B outlets. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with service standards.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues immediately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Follow proper billing procedures and handle cash/credit transactions if required.
• Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Assist in setting up for service, including arranging tables, linens, cutlery, and condiments.
• Support other team members during peak service times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B service in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment (freshers with training also considered).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
