Job Description

A Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the food and beverage operations of a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality business. Their duties typically include ensuring high service standards, managing costs, training staff, and enhancing the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
  • Ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards for food, beverages, and service.
  • Staff Supervision & Training
  • Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, hygiene, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure high levels of teamwork.
  • Cost & Inventory Control
  • Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
  • Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of food and beverages.
  • Customer Experience & Service Excellence
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Ensure that the restaurant/hotel maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Hygiene Standards
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all F&B areas.
  • Stay updated on food safety laws and industry best practices.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
  • Introduce special menus, discounts, or themed events to attract more guests.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to enhance offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in restaurant/hotel F&B operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
