Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves overseeing and managing food and beverage cost control processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring cost and inventory data, preparing menu costing, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with the kitchen and finance teams to optimize profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Menu Costing processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating cost and inventory data
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field
