Monitor staffing levels, ensuring proper scheduling to meet demand. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Lead by example in providing exceptional guest experiences. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service. Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the service team, including captains, stewards, and other staff members. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Monitor and manage the restaurant’s budget, ensuring cost control and profitability. Handle cash, process payments, and ensure financial procedures are followed. Analyze sales data and adjust operations to meet revenue and cost goals. Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering. Perform regular stock audits and ensure waste management processes are followed. Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or marketing campaigns. Monitor guest feedback and trends to improve service offerings and maintain competitive pricing.
