Fashion Stylist – Sales Associate

Styling & Client Experience

• Provide personalized styling consultations based on client preferences, body type, and occasion
• Style complete looks for weddings, festive events, and everyday luxury
• Assist with fittings, draping, and final outfit selection
• Share detailed knowledge of fabrics, weaves, craftsmanship, and design stories

Sales & Store Operations

• Drive in-store sales through styling-led consultations
• Convert walk-ins into customers and achieve individual sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products in a tasteful, brand-aligned manner
• Handle billing, order bookings, and basic inventory coordination
• Maintain client details and follow up for repeat purchases

Visual & Brand Representation

• Maintain visual merchandising and mannequin styling as per brand guidelines
• Ensure the store reflects Katha’s premium aesthetic at all times
• Represent the brand with elegance, professionalism, and warmth

• Strong sense of fashion and styling with attention to detail
• Ability to sell luxury or premium fashion through a consultative approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for handloom textiles, craftsmanship, and slow fashion
• Prior experience in fashion retail, boutique, or luxury brands preferred
• Target-oriented with a client-first mindset
