Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and style-driven Sales Fashion Consultant to represent ITRH on the

shop floor. The role involves delivering an elevated client experience, managing luxury sales,

and building long-term customer relationships while embodying the brand’s refined aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with product selection and personalized styling

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

B2B sales

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, and brand story

Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are upheld

Support daily store operations and client follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interest and understanding of luxury fashion

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet sales targets

Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, or Marketing is a plus

Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury sales preferred
