Fashion & Retail Stylist

Job Description: As a Fashion & Retail Stylist at Rent An Attire's Indore store, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized styling services and ensuring a seamless rental experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting clients in choosing outfits based on their occasion, body type, and style preferences. - Providing personalized styling advice and creating complete looks with accessories. - Managing in-store customer interactions with a focus on exceptional service. - Coordinating outfit trials, fittings, alterations, and finishing. - Maintaining visual merchandising standards at the store. - Handling rental bookings, returns, and ensuring inventory is in excellent condition. - Supporting day-to-day store management including upkeep, display, and smooth retail operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion / Retail Management / related field (preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer service. - Strong sense of fashion, trends, fabrics, and styling. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. - Passion for fashion and styling.
