Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end sampling process
from concept to final approval.
Coordinate with
designers, embroidery, stitching, and production teams
to ensure accurate sampling execution.
Handle
fabric sourcing, trims, and surface ornamentation coordination
.
Maintain
sampling records, costing sheets, and delivery timelines
.
Ensure
quality and design accuracy
in all developed samples.
Work closely with
buyers and internal teams
for product approvals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3+ years of experience in
fashion merchandising or sampling management
(preferably ethnic or bridal wear).
Strong knowledge of
embroidery, fabrics, costing, and garment construction
.
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Proficient in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
for tracking and reporting.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
