We are looking for a creative and organized Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Develop new fashion collections based on current trends, buyer feedback, and market research. Handle end-to-end merchandising activities: sampling, costing, production follow-up, and vendor coordination. Liaise with fabric and trim suppliers; ensure timely approvals and dispatches. Maintain strong communication with buyers for tech packs, sample approvals, and quality standards. Manage timelines for production and delivery schedules. Assist in photoshoots, lookbooks, and marketing coordination when required. Skills & Requirements Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or Merchandising (NIFT / Pearl / INIFD or similar preferred). Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Proficiency in design software (CorelDRAW / Illustrator / Photoshop preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good sense of color, trends, and detail orientation
