Job Title: Fashion Designer – Women’s Kurtis

Key Responsibilities:

• Research trends, colors, prints, and fabrics suitable for Indian ethnic wear
• Create design concepts, sketches, and mood boards
• Develop new kurti collections as per brand identity and market demand
• Coordinate with sampling team, cutting master, and production team
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments
• Review sample fits and make necessary corrections
• Maintain design files, tech packs, and production-ready documentation
• Work on cost-effective design without compromising quality
• Support photoshoots, cataloging, and marketing creatives when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design
• Experience in ethnic wear/Kurti designing preferred
• Strong sketching, garment construction, and fabric knowledge
• Good understanding of prints, embroidery, and silhouettes
• Ability to convert ideas into production-ready designs
• Proficiency in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop (added advantage)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and trend-aware
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Candidate must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
