Job Summary We are looking for a Data Entry Executive with experience in the textile market who understands accounting terminology, billing, challan, purchase–sales entry, and inventory records. The candidate will be responsible for entering accurate data into our system and maintaining customer, product, and transaction records. Key Responsibilities Enter purchase, sales, and stock details into the system (EMPIRE / ERP / Excel). Maintain customer & vendor database with GST details, price lists, orders, and challans. Prepare invoice, billing, payment entry, and credit/debit notes. Update product list, price list, designs, fabric details, sizes & colour details. Maintain dispatch records & transport details. Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments (if required). Cross-check entries and ensure data accuracy & error-free reports. Support the accounts department in daily bookkeeping activities. Required Skills Experience in textile / garments market (B2B or retail) Fast and accurate typing (English / Hindi / Gujarati) Knowledge of EMPIRE / Excel / ERP software Good understanding of billing, ledger & inventory Basic GST and accounting knowledge Good communication and follow-up skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
