Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer at Powersutra. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and stylish professional workwear and formal wear for women. They will collaborate with the team to develop new designs, select and source fabrics, oversee fittings, and ensure the final product meets quality standards. Fashion Designer will strive hard to decrease returns on the designs and fix fitting or fabric issues as return reasons. The Fashion Designer will also stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into the designs.

Qualifications

• Fashion Design and Textiles skills
• Experience in designing and creating professional workwear and minimalistic formal wear
• Knowledge of fitting techniques
• Strong understanding of fashion trends
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant degree in Fashion Design or related field
