We are seeking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer specializing in women's western wear to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and trendy designs, strong market knowledge, and experience in leading design teams from concept to execution.

You will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our brand, ensuring we stay at the forefront of contemporary fashion while meeting commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

Design and Development:Conceptualize, design, and develop seasonal collections for women's western wear, including tops, dresses, trousers, skirts,cord sets, jackets, and partywear.Translate trends and market needs into fresh, stylish, and sellable designs.Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and new innovations in western wear.Lead fittings and work closely with pattern makers to ensure the perfect fit and quality standards.Lead and mentor junior designers.Work collaboratively with the merchandising, production, and marketing teams to align designs with business strategies.Stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and emerging styles within the women's western wear market.Innovate by introducing new design techniques and fabric combinations.Maintain an organized workflow to meet deadlines for seasonal line sheets, presentations, and production timelines.Ensure all designs are commercially viable, balancing creativity with market demand.Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing collections, based on feedback from sales and customer trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.4+ years of experience in women's western wear.Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.Exceptional sketching and illustration skills, proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).Excellent eye for color, texture, and details.Leadership experience with the ability to guide a design team and work cross-functionally.Ability to adapt quickly to trends while maintaining brand identity.
