About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer &Listing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about childrens fashion design and eager to gain hands on experience in online product listing and e commerce management. The candidate will contribute both design development and digital catalog management, ensuring our brands presence is strong both in creativity and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze current fashion trends, fabrics, and colors in childrens apparel.
• Conceptualize and create seasonal collections, including sketches, mood boards and prototypes.
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims and accessories that meet quality and comfort standards for children.
• Ensure that design align with brand identity, target audience preferences and sustainability goals.
• Stay updated with the latest innovation in kids wear design, safety standards and materials.
• Create and manage product listing across e- commerce platforms (such as Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho)
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product listing reflect accurate designs and brand tone.
• Analyze listing data to support marketing and merchandising decisions.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and updating product availability on all sales channels.

Required Skill

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Fashion Design, Textile Design or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in kids fashion design.
• Strong illustration and design skills, with proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDraw.
• Excellent sense of color, texture and fabric selection.
• Basic knowledge of e commerce platforms and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
