Are you passionate about traditional Indian silhouettes, intricate embroideries, and the art of storytelling through fabric? Jyots Couture is looking for a dynamic and creative Fashion Designer to join our team in a multi-faceted role focusing on Sales and Daily Operations.

We are looking for a candidate who is not only a designer at heart but also enjoys the thrill of customer interaction and the discipline of boutique management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling & Sales: Assist walk-in clients by providing expert styling advice, explaining garment construction, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.
• Daily Management: Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the floor is organized and the brand's aesthetic is maintained.
• Order Coordination: Manage custom orders, take precise measurements, and communicate design requirements clearly to the production/tailoring team.
• Inventory Oversight: Keep track of stock levels, manage new arrivals, and ensure quality control of finished ethnic pieces.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current ethnic wear trends to help curate collections that resonate with our clientele.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: A degree or diploma in Fashion Design (Freshers are welcome to apply!).
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of ethnic fabrics, hand-embroidery techniques, and garment construction.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable "closing a sale" while maintaining a professional image.
• Attributes: A proactive "problem-solver" attitude with a keen eye for detail and a love for traditional craftsmanship.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹42,509.63 per month
