About Us:
Khadi Sadan is a fast-growing sustainable fashion brand that blends Indian tradition with modern aesthetics. We specialize in handcrafted khadi apparel and lifestyle products, promoting eco-conscious living through design. We’re looking for creative and passionate Fashion Design Interns to join our team for a 6-month internship and get real-world experience in ethical fashion and design development.

Internship Highlights:

• Duration: 6 Months (Full-time, On-site in Ambala Cantt)
• Exposure to the complete design cycle – from concept to final product
• Work on seasonal collections, exhibitions, and custom client projects
• Hands-on experience with fabrics like khadi, linen, and natural dyes
• Collaborate with designers, artisans, production & marketing teams
• Opportunity to participate in fashion shoots and brand campaigns

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in mood board creation, sketching, and sampling
• Help in fabric sourcing, embroidery planning, and design development
• Support tailoring, pattern-making, and finishing teams
• Create design documentation and assist in production coordination
• Contribute creative ideas for styling, lookbooks, and displays

Who Can Apply:

• Fashion Design students in final year or recent graduates (NIFT, INIFD, Pearl, etc.)
• Strong interest in Indian textiles, artisanal fashion, and sustainability
• Knowledge of sketching (manual or digital), color theory, and garment construction
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or hand illustration
• Must be able to work from our Ambala Cantt office
