Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Production Engineer with a fashion background to oversee our blouse stitching and hand embroidery production unit. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day production activities, coordinate between the embroidery artisans and the sales team, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the entire blouse stitching and hand embroidery production process.
• Plan and allocate daily work to tailors and embroiders to meet order deadlines.
• Act as a mediator between the embroidery team and sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor the quality of stitching and embroidery to meet design specifications and customer expectations.
• Track production timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials usage, and manpower productivity.
• Train and guide new workers on garment construction and embroidery techniques as required.
• Ensure proper discipline, time management, and adherence to company policies in the production unit.
• Report daily production updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in blouse stitching and hand embroidery production.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both artisans and the sales team.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Should be detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
