Fashion Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with customers via our mobile application, understanding their style preferences

and requirements.

• Manage and support customer interactions across India and the USA, ensuring a seamless and friendly

experience.

• Suggest new, trending, and suitable designs based on customer inspirations and current fashion trends.
• Collaborate closely with tailoring and quality teams to ensure design intent and execution meet Urban

Tailors standards.

• Guide customers through digital measurement processes, helping them achieve perfect fits.
• Prepare design sketches and contribute to catalog development.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest women’s fashion trends and propose ideas for fresh catalog additions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in women’s wear design (internships included).
• Strong sketching and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers online and via mobile app.
• Language proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (all three required).
• Ability to manage and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds, including international

clients.

• Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and embellishments.
