Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with customers via our mobile application, understanding their style preferences and requirements. Manage and support customer interactions across India and the USA, ensuring a seamless and friendly experience. Suggest new, trending, and suitable designs based on customer inspirations and current fashion trends. Collaborate closely with tailoring and quality teams to ensure design intent and execution meet Urban Tailors standards. Guide customers through digital measurement processes, helping them achieve perfect fits. Prepare design sketches and contribute to catalog development. Stay up-to-date on the latest women’s fashion trends and propose ideas for fresh catalog additions. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Fashion Design or a related field. 0–2 years’ experience in women’s wear design (internships included). Strong sketching and visualization skills. Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers online and via mobile app. Language proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (all three required). Ability to manage and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds, including international clients. Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and embellishments.
