Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant, located in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and fashion items that align with their preferences and lifestyle. Responsibilities include providing personalized style advice, understanding and promoting products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on current fashion trends and ensuring a superior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Consulting and strong Product Knowledge
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Sales and building customer relationships
• A passion for fashion trends and styling
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous retail or consulting experience in fashion is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fashion or retail are a plus
