Job Summary:

Fashion Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one fashion consultation to clients in-store or virtually
• Understand client preferences, body types, and style goals to recommend appropriate outfits and accessories
• Stay current with seasonal trends, brand collections, and emerging designers
• Upsell and cross-sell based on client needs and ongoing promotions
• Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the styling area is organized and inspiring
• Maintain detailed client profiles and follow up to build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Represent the Iconic Fashion brand with professionalism and authenticity
